As all products are custom-printed, we accept returns or refunds only for the following cases:

You received the wrong item.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

2–7 business days before shipping. Delays may occur during holidays
or high demand periods.
Shipping:
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location but usually range between 5–15 business days after dispatch. Shipping delays due to customs or courier issues are out of our control.
Prices & Payment:
All prices are listed in GBP.
Payment is required at checkout. Shipping costs may vary depending on the order's destination.
We charge standard Royal Mail 1st class delivery fees for orders less than 70£ within UK and flat 15£ fee for orders leaving UK less than 150£.
Prices for UK & EU orders include VAT. For nternational orders (outside UK & EU) our product prices do not include your local taxes, customs duties, or import fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected by the courier before delivery.

Q: What materials are your garments made of?
A: Most of our products are made of cotton or cotton/polyester blend. Specifications are listed in the description of each product.
We are open to help you choose the materials that suit you, however, delivery and order cost may change in such cases. You will be immediately informed of any costs and/or delivery details resulting from agreed additional requests.
